Mom's b-day...Extended

What a fun night getting together with great friends and having a fab time.  Delicious food, some bevy, a little pool, a wee bit of hot-tubbing and many wonderful laughs.  I couldn't have asked for anything better!!

We all can't wait to do it again...real soon!!

Mom's b-day

What a great weekend.  It started with lunch & and a great basket full of goodies from the girls at work.

Then the boys cooked breakfast and gave a great present (jewelry is always a win).  We later went out to a fab Thai place for dinner and they topped the evening off with a birthday song and a movie!

All of this combined with a plethora of wonderful birthday wishes on facebook and calls from friends and family...I am truly blessed.  Thanks everyone for a fantabulous birthday!!!

White Sand Beaches...NOT!

For as much as we tried to tell ourselves that it didn't matter that most of our friends were in Florida enjoying the sun and the beach and that the snow was white sand...after you stood out in the cold all day long by the fire, you realized that it was cold and nothing like fun in the sun.

It was great to hook up with some of our camping buddies again and enjoy some good times.  The kids hand fun with their friends and we did too.  Can't wait for all the snow to melt and for the real camping season to start!  Come on Spring...do your thing!!

The Little Men Learn How to Ski

It is the first day of March Break & the boys are taking ski/boarding lessons for the first time.

First day on the hill (Glen Eden) and Keith couldn't get them off.  They had a blast with their friend Thomas.  Go boys & enjoy...looking good!!!

Fun at the Camp in the Winter

We had a somewhat decent day (if you can say that after the winter from he**) so took the boys and their pal Ryan out to the camp & hooked up with Graydon, Hadley, Chris & Dayna.  Poor Chris got his ATV stuck while we watched and giggled.

 Then he had to repair the line to the plow that snapped (twice), while we stayed warm by the fire.

The kids snowboarded & tobogganed down the various hills they could find, skated & played pond hockey, made a bucket full of hot chocolate and had a blast!  We all had some great fun.  Too bad more weren't out!
