Happy B-Day Daddy O

 Daddy O pretty much had the day to himself after his Dr's apt and then it was off to hockey where he had to man the door (in his shorts...brrrr)!

Then we were off to dinner & presents.  Daddy's dinner pic was his fav spot - Mother Tuckers

Happy Canada Day Weekend!

We had a great weekend with all our friends up at the camp!  Weather was fantastic (just a little rain but that's OK...didn't dampen our spirits)

Would you be at all surprised that I have a son who is trying to add another pet to our house - a spotted leopard gecko!  He's got the tank ready to go...just waiting for the nod to get the reptile & all the crazy food fixings to go with it - UGH!  Why does he have to be so cute?!!!

Father's Day 2014

We had a good Father's Day this year.

Then we cooked him his fav breakfast and let him choose what he wanted to do - watch some movies and then off to a bbq at Uncle Al & Aunt Becky's.  It was a very nice day. 

We all were struggling with the loss of our grandpa's this year & did truly miss them on this day and the wedding anniversaries that surrounded this Father's Day.  Always in our hearts and never forgotten.

Camping Season Begins!!

After a few tough work weekends (moving fire pit, laying the surround for it, moving wood shed & putting up the skirting, weeding flower beds and planting flowers, cleaning, painting storage bin & all around getting ready for the year) we are ready for putting up our feet & a little R & R!!

Art Project - Dolphins

The boys had to come up with a food art project & got to work on it together.  This was the "fruit of their labour"...

Hope they got a good mark.  I think they are adorable.
