Golf Buddies

My little men are growing up.  They made their own reservations.  Got their gear ready and even got to the course early to hit a few balls at the driving range before going off on their own for the first time.  They had a blast and made us all very proud.

Working Hard

We have been killing it at the trailer getting all sorts of things done this year - painting, laying floors, putting up trim, you name it.  The transformation is unbelievable and we love it!!

We still have a ways to go on the outside but looking forward for it al to be done so we can relax and enjoy.  Thanks to my family for kicking it.   Love the transformation!!

New Driver!

Well after a few months of avoiding the dirty deed, Spencer nails it on his first try.  He is now on the road!

Minor Midget Champions!

It was definitely an interesting season.   The Orange team - the 'Flyers' had the most ties in what we believe to be MOHA history but rose to the challenge in playoffs and made it to the finals.  Then comes the final game.  They were up against very equally matched team.  Both teams could have taken home the cup.  It was a matter of who wanted it most.   Fortunately it was our boys after a much back and forth.  We managed to put the final puck in the net and hold off the opposition.  It was a great game, amazing season and couldn't be more proud of them all.  Thank you for another one for the memory books!

Track 3

Spencer is volunteering with Ontario Track 3 Ski Association www.track3.org.   It is a non-profit organization that teaches children and youth with disabilities to downhill ski and snowboard.  This year he is in training but if he wants to take it further, he could actually be an instructor.   He seems to be really enjoying it and doing well.  

The Guild

Don't know if you have ever seen the show of automotive restoration called The Guild.   Well my guys have and some of the stuff they do is pretty nice.  They are located in Bradford, ON.   It turns out it wasn't far from a hockey tournament that Curtis was at this weekend, so you just know they are going to go and check it out.

Spencer turns 16!

I can't believe my boy is turning into such a young man.  Happy Birthday Spencer!!
