It is Boxing Day & in addition to our adventures already, we are off to our first theme park while in Florida. Universal, here we come
The crowds were crazy and the line ups were insane. Everywhere you turned they were looking for more money in addition to the boatload we had already paid to get into the park. Universal had put a bad taste in our mouth and believe it or not, we have another 2 days we get to spend here...ugh! The real kicker is when Unversal asked us for our feedback, and we gave it to them, they didn't even do anything to soften the blow for our bad day. They really have a thing or two to learn about customer service!!
